CONCERNING
THE TARIFFS OF IMPORT DUTY OF CERTAIN DAIRY PRODUCTS

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,

Considering:

• a. that to support the development of the domestic dairy industry, it is necessary to change the tariffs of duties on the import of certain dairy products;
• b. that based on consideration as described in a. and in an effort to implement provisions in Article 12 paragraph (3) of Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs that is amended by Law No. 17/2006, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning the Tariffs of Import Duty of Certain Dairy Products;

In view of:

• 1. Law No. 7/1994 concerning Ratification of Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (Statute Book No. 57/1994, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3564);
• 2. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book No. 75/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) that is amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Statute Book No. 93/2006, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);
• 3. Presidential Decision No. 20/P/2005;
• 4. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning the Classification System of Goods and Amendment to Import Duty Tariff of Goods that is several times amended, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 233/PMK.011/2008;

HAS DECIDED:

To stipulate:

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING THE TARIFFS OF IMPORT DUTY OF CERTAIN DAIRY PRODUCTS

Article 1

The Minister of Finance shall set the tariffs of duties on the import of certain dairy products as contained in Attachment to this Regulation of the Minister of Finance that is an integral part of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.

Article 2

This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall apply to the import of goods whose Import Customs Notification has secured registration number from the Customs Office at the port of entry.

Article 3

With the enforcement of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance provisions concerning the tariffs of import duties as laid down in Regulation of the Finance Minister No. 19/PMK.011/2009 concerning the Tariffs of Duties on the Import of Certain Products shall be declared null and void, provided they deal with the products as referred to in Attachment to this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.

Article 4

This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
